Bobbie Stafford Doerge

Beloved mother, devoted grandmother, great grandmother, cherished sister, cousin and friend to many. Bobbie Doerge, 81, passed away in her home on January 12, 2021 in Kilgore, Texas with her family by her side.

Bobbie was born on September 25, 1939 in Vivian, La. She graduated from Pine Tree High School and went on to continue her education at BMI Business School and graduated with a Book Keeping Certification.

Bobbie was an avid Barrel Racer. She rode for twenty plus years and over those years gained countless friendships. She spent her later years attending numerous art classes, creating beautiful paintings and making special friendships along the way.

Bobbie is survived by her daughter Pam [Rusty] Spence; son Charlie D. Stafford; grandson Bryan [Jessica] King; brother J.R. [Darlene] Bryant; stepson Matthew [Kim] Doerge; step-granddaughter Maury [Tanner] Kissling; step grandson Drew Doerge; numerous nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, cousins and life long friends.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents B.L. and  Ruby Dee Bryant; her  husband and the love of her life Watson Doerge; grandson Chase Dickard and  twin sister Billie Schola.

A memorial will be held on January 22, 2021 at Synergy Park Pavilion in Kilgore, Texas beginning at 2:00 PM with Chaplain Lawrence Thompson officiating.
