Ronald Arthur Waller

Ronald “Ron” Waller 
July 31,1963 – June 18,2019

From an early age upon seeing a big truck pass by, Ron would point and tell his Momma, “One day I drive Big Trucks!” Indeed, Ron went on to live his dream for more than 30 years, racking up the miles and hours on the highways and interstates around this great nation. He has seen this country and touched many hearts on the way. Motorcycles and 18 wheels was his passion in life. His truck was his house, but Momma’s cooking always brought him “Home”.  His heart was big for helping others and riding with his dog, Dozer. 

Ron is survived by his mother Alice Carter. Spouse, Margie Waller, his two brothers and two sisters each being married. Kerry and Kathy Jo Waller, George and Sheba Waller, Wanita and Terry Samm, and Angela and Patrick Boseman. Also by his four children and families. His son, Jessie Bishop with wife Heather and two granddaughters. His son, Ronald Waller Jr. Twin daughters, Brandi Matt and husband Matthew. Ashlie Denmon and husband Chris with four grandsons. Though not related by blood, Ron cared for three children who called him “Dad”. Jessica Chapman, Ashton Carrillo and Garon Miller. 

Ronald Waller will be missed by all who knew him on and off the highway. 10-4 and Goodbye.

Ronald Arthur Waller was born July 31, 1963 in Germany to Alice Johnson and Hiram Waller. Mr. Waller passed away in Athens, Texas on June 18, 2019
