He is preceded in death by his Father, Rosco Tinsley; and his brother, Curt Tinsley.

Mr. Tinsley leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Mary Ann Tinsley; daughter, Stacey Tinsley; sister, Deborah Aldridge, and four grandchildren, Christopher Tinsley, Donavan Crosby, Dashawn Gay, and Zendaya Fields.
