Mrs. Barbara Ann Carter-Writt was born to the parentage of August Sr. and Gloden Carter on June 9, 1957 in Longview, Texas
Barbara Attended Longview schools and graduated from Longview High School.
Mrs. Writt accepted Christ at an early age. She was the 4th born child in the family.
She had a beautiful contagious smile and cheerful spirit that would light the room.
After a life filled with much sharing and loving others, Barbara changed time for eternity on November 5th of 2018. She Joins her mother and father Gloden and Augtus tSr. Carter, Mother in Law Edna Writt, Great-grandson Nyjhal Howard, Nephew Boyd Johnson Jr., Demontra Carter, Niece-Simone Williams, Teresa Johnson.
Barbara leaves to cherish her memories: her husband J.W. Writt of Longview, Texas; Her sisters Sandra C. Johnson, Mona G. Williams (Kirk), Trina L Cox(Gregg); Her brother, Edward C. Carter(Lorrie), Bobby R. Carter, Ronnie R. Carter, Eddie L. Carter(Grace), all of Longview, Texas and Augustus Carter Jr. of Dallas, Texas her son Otis Carter and special grandson-Marqunis Howard(Teaira), grandson Danquail Carter, Zay Carter, Jordan Carter(Arrielle), Kaden Carter, Kelton Carter; Grand-daughters Treanna Carter and Kilea Carter. 8 great- grands and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
