Artis James Gray, Sr.

Mr. Artis James Gray, Sr., was born on August 31, 1963, in Kilgore, Texas, to Thomas Williams and Bessie Mae (Bell) Gray. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings; Billy Gray, Vivian Gray, Anner Lee Thompson, Albert Williams, Sr. Barbara Gray and Winnie Mae Portley. Artis attended Kilgore ISD and Longview ISD Schools

 Artis was a member of Skinner Temple COGIC in Longview, Texas

He is survived by his wife, Andra Harris; his children, Danielle Lockridge, Mary (Byron) Gray-Reeves, Artis J. Gray, Jr., Vivian Gray, Billy D. Gray, Roy Gray, and Faye Gray; sisters, Bobbie Norris and Bessie Cleveland; brothers, Henry Earl Williams, Alvin (Evelyn) Gray, Jr., and Lee Charles (Beverly) Gray, Sr.; 8 grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
